Our school is rated as good with outstanding features by Ofsted and is federated with Northern Infant School, with which it shares the site. This ensures that there is one learning journey for all pupils.

At Northern Junior we aim to develop all children so that they achieve their full potential. We aim to do this by recognising and building upon their strengths and by identifying their needs and ensuring that these are met. We believe that children learn best through direct experience which is why all staff ensure that our curriculum provides exciting learning opportunities that inspire, interest and challenge children in their learning within a caring, happy environment.
